Planning support comes in three broad levels. The best choice depends less on your budget than on two things: how much time you genuinely have, and how much you enjoy the process. Be honest about both and the answer becomes obvious.
Full planning: hand us everything
Full planning covers the whole journey — concept, design, venue and vendor sourcing, budget management, logistics and on-the-day production. It suits you if your time is scarce, your event is large or complex, or you simply want to stay a guest at your own celebration.
- Best for busy schedules, large guest counts or multi-day events.
- Highest investment — you are buying back your time and peace of mind.
- You still make every big decision; we handle the hundred small ones.
Partial planning: guidance where it counts
Partial planning gives you a professional in your corner without handing over the whole project. You keep the parts you enjoy — perhaps design and vendor choices — and lean on us for structure, recommendations and the final push.
- Best if you have some time and want to stay hands-on.
- Vendor recommendations, budget guidance and design direction.
- Support ramps up in the final months, then coordination on the day.
Whatever level you choose, never skip day-of coordination. The single most common regret we hear is from couples who planned everything beautifully, then spent their own event chasing vendors instead of enjoying it. Coordination is the floor, not an upgrade.
Day-of coordination: run the day, not the project
If you love planning and have the time, do the planning yourself — but bring in a coordinator for the final weeks. They take your plans, confirm every vendor, build the timeline and run the day so you can be fully present. It is the lowest investment and, for many, the best-value one.
Still unsure? Start a conversation and describe your event, your timeline and how involved you want to be. The right level of support is usually clear within ten minutes.
