How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large galas we recommend 9–12 months; corporate events and celebrations often come together in 6–12 weeks. If your date is soon, ask us — we love a good challenge and can tell you quickly what's possible.
Do you work to a set budget?
Always. Tell us your budget and priorities and we design to it, showing you exactly where every dollar goes. No hidden fees and no surprises.
What levels of planning do you offer?
Three: on-the-day coordination from $2,500, full-service planning from $6,500, and corporate & gala production from $12,000. We'll recommend the right fit for your event and budget.
Can you work with our venue and vendors?
Yes. We'll work with your chosen venue and suppliers, or introduce trusted partners from our California network — whatever gives you the best event.
Is there a minimum or maximum guest count?
No minimum and no real maximum. We plan intimate dinners for a dozen and galas for well over a thousand, with the same care at every size.
Do you travel for destination events?
We're based in Los Angeles and regularly plan events across California and beyond. For destination events we quote travel transparently up front.
How do deposits and payments work?
A deposit secures your date, with the balance split across clear milestones before the event. Everything is agreed in writing so you always know what's due and when.
