Victoria founded the creative studio inside Grand Stage and has shaped the look, feel and flow of hundreds of Los Angeles events. She began her career styling editorial weddings before moving into full-scale production, and today she leads the design direction for the agency's flagship celebrations and galas.
Her gift is translating a vague feeling, warm but modern, big but intimate, into a concrete design language of colour, light, texture and rhythm. Clients describe her first mood board as the moment their event finally became real.
